• Your EqDeal account email and the affected company or investor name.
• The page and action you were using.
• The exact visible error and approximate time.
• The round, contract, transaction, report, or draft name when applicable.
• What you expected and what happened instead.

Do not send secrets

Never include passwords, private OAuth keys, API secrets, full access tokens, or unnecessary personal documents in a support request.

Send the collected information to support@eqdeal.com. For a suspected credential compromise, revoke or disable access first and clearly mark the request as a security issue.
