Check these conditions

  1. Confirm the active company or investor profile.
  2. Confirm that your representative access level permits the action.
  3. Check whether the company plan or payment status limits the feature.
  4. Check whether an issuance workflow has temporarily locked company changes.
  5. Check whether the round, contract, investor, or option position is already issued or otherwise protected.
  6. Complete or discard a conflicting draft where the UX permits it.

Access denied

A 401 response means valid authentication is required. A 403 response means the signed-in identity is known but lacks permission for that resource or action.

Do not create duplicate entities or use another account to work around a missing action. Ask an authorized company administrator to review your access.
