Check these conditions
- Confirm the active company or investor profile.
- Confirm that your representative access level permits the action.
- Check whether the company plan or payment status limits the feature.
- Check whether an issuance workflow has temporarily locked company changes.
- Check whether the round, contract, investor, or option position is already issued or otherwise protected.
- Complete or discard a conflicting draft where the UX permits it.
Access denied
A 401 response means valid authentication is required. A 403 response means the signed-in identity is known but lacks permission for that resource or action.
Do not create duplicate entities or use another account to work around a missing action. Ask an authorized company administrator to review your access.
