What verification means

Company verification checks the legal identity and supporting information recorded in EqDeal. It is separate from issuing shares and from granting user access.

Request verification

Company Details → Legal info and documents → Request verification

1. Review the legal name, registration identifier, address, and representatives.
2. Upload the requested current legal documents as PDFs.
3. Submit the verification request and monitor its status.

If verification is not approved

• Compare the entered information with the legal documents.
• Replace incomplete, expired, unreadable, or incorrect files.
• Confirm that the selected company is not a duplicate.
• Contact support with the company name and verification status; never send account passwords or API secrets.
