Maintain company information

Update company, legal, address, logo, and representative information.

Company information areas

Managed Companies → Select company → Company Details

• Representatives — users and access levels associated with the company.
• Legal info — registration and legal-entity information.
• Address and profile — public and operational company details.
• Plan & billing — subscription information when available to your role.

Make a change

1. Open the relevant Company Details section.
2. Choose Edit, change only the required fields, and review the information.
3. Save and confirm the updated value on the company page.

A request to delete a company is reviewed separately. It must not be used to correct cap-table transactions or issuances.
