Before you begin

Have the legal name, country, registration information, address, and representative details available. Search carefully before creating a company to avoid duplicates.

Create the company workspace

Managed Companies → Add company

1. Choose the company country and search for an existing record.
2. If no correct company exists, continue with company creation.
3. Enter legal, address, website, and representative information requested by the onboarding steps.
4. Review the summary before completing onboarding.

Result

EqDeal creates an isolated workspace for the company’s cap table, investors, contracts, documents, and permissions. Creating a workspace does not issue shares or verify the company automatically.
