Create offers and add participants

Configure an offer’s participants, price, premium, and terms.

Create an offer

Stock Option Plan → Open pool → Create offer

  1. Configure vesting, cliff, duration, and any goal-based conditions.
  2. Add participants and verify their identity.
  3. Enter quantities, exercise price, premium, currency, and applicable dates.
  4. Review pool availability and the complete offer summary.
  5. Save and verify each participant’s position.
Price and premium are different terms

Record each field from the approved plan documents. Do not combine them or use one to compensate for a missing value in the other.
