1. Open Company Profile.
2. Select Customers to describe demand, or Suppliers to describe needs and challenges.
3. Add the current partner or a description of the profile you want to reach.

Record current partners

For a current customer or supplier, add its name and optional notes. Keep this list factual and update it when the relationship changes.

Describe ideal matches

For customers, describe who they are, their size, region, industry, pains, and how your company helps them. For suppliers, describe the needs or problems to address, regions, quality and compliance requirements, and how you expect to work together. Specific descriptions improve Matchmaking recommendations.
