Pre-issuance checklist

1. Confirm the company, round, contract, and effective date.
2. Reconcile every investor and stakeholder with the executed documents.
3. Check share class, quantities, rights, currency, valuation, and dilution.
4. Review authorized, treasury, issued, and reserved totals.
5. Resolve drafts, missing data, validation warnings, and duplicate stakeholders.
6. Confirm that no other administrator or integration is changing the company.
